How to Win Friends and Influence Players

Yell at your players, then they'll produce.

Well, not really. Actually, it doesn't really work at all, but damn is it funny. In this case, John Sitton's Leyton Orient is down 3-0 at halftime and are in need of a pick-me-up.

The following video isn't work appropriate, so turn down the volume, or wait till you are at home for this one. And now I bring you, eloquent coach Peter Sitton:

Sitton was actually a co-coach with Chris Turner during the 1994-95 season, and surprisingly, other than being a coach at Leyton's School of Excellence (club academy), he only ever coached again for a short period of less than half a season, and with Leyton no less.

For now, according to the Guardian, he's a part time cab driver and a compiler of stats for the Opta Index. Sounds like someone is begging to come to MLS...

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... John Sitton.

And just because you were wondering, the final result of the game was 3-0.
