Beasley to Puebla

Run DMB has a new club. After failing to make an impact with Hannover 96 last season, Beasley has come back across the pond and signed. Since MLS couldn't or was unwilling to meet his salary demands (expected to be $500K+ /season), he moved a little south and joined Puebla in the Mexican Primera Division.

Beasley has fallen a little since his days with Chicago and in Holland. Most recently, he exhibited an exceptionally thick layer of rust during the World Cup, mishandling several passes. While it is not expected that the move will get him back in the limelight of the USMNT, the exposure and first team playing time couldn't hurt.
